We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.
We do not currently accept insurance at our office. Most insurance providers do not pay for neurofeedback. Clients are responsible for payment in full for all provided services. However, we will help you determine the appropriate insurance codes to file for out-of-network benefits with your insurance company. However, it is the client’s responsibility to determine whether their insurance company will reimburse for services received from Neurotherapy Associates.
